Neil Cullan McKinlay was ordained as a minister of the Presbyterian Church of Australia in 1998 and served in pastoral ministry in both Queensland and Tasmania. He became an Australian Army Chaplain in 2008 and retired in 2021. Married to Dorothy, they have three daughters, and four grandchildren.
